Casey strives to design relevant and delightful experiences to connect people and products. She is a user advocate; she aims to understand the ambiguous needs of the customers, end users, and businesses and satisfy those needs through improved interactions, seamless workflows, intuitive interfaces, and essential features. She designs with mindfulness and with a big vision.
What she enjoys most about UX is the qualitative research that goes into learning about the users; talking with people, connecting with their needs, and truly empathizing with them.
Casey is currently a user experience designer at American Well, a leading Telehealth company that combines technology and healthcare. Her favorite thing about her job is working with consumers (patients) and providers (doctors) alike, and discovering the similarities and differences in their wants, needs, goals, and experiences within the same product.
