She started making the transition into UX work by introducing various practices and concepts into her previous roles. Currently working at Turner Broadcasting, Inc., she focuses on collaborative techniques and creating healthy team dynamics.
In her spare time, Carolyn practices and teaches Cuban salsa dancing and spends a considerable amount of time playing with bits of string, some of which turns into knitted creations.
