Caroline Stainkamph is a purposeful, collaborative senior technology leader with 8 years’ experience transforming technology groups, She is passionate about bringing people along on the journey and building team capability to meet the challenges in a digital world. With a background combining technology, portfolio management, process improvement, talent management and leading large complex change programs, she delivers powerful people focused, transformation programs. Caroline has a track record of driving strategic initiatives that requires lateral thinking, deep insights and thoughtful approaches to solve complex business problems.

Giving back to industry is a powerful driver for Caroline. After being involved in VIC ICT for Women’s #BoldMoves program throughout 2016 leading experiments in the hiring space, she is now on the VIC ICT for Women board as Program Director for the Importance of Women in IT, a breakfast speaker and networking program, building community and inspiring women in technology to achieve their best.
