Caroline Schiff

Local Marketing Producer, General Assembly

Chicago

Caroline graduated from the University of Michigan with a Communications Studies degree in 2014. Upon graduation, she decided to dive deeper into the business side of marketing and received her Master of Management at the Ross School of Business.

Caroline’s career journey began while working as a Project Manager at DigitasLBi Chicago on their largest account. While she grew and learned in this role, she ultimately discovered that she was not leveraging her greatest strengths and truest passions. After taking a Digital Marketing Bootcamp at General Assembly, she felt inspired by the company’s mission to make education more accessible for those looking to transition careers or develop new skills to accelerate in their careers. Currently, as a Local Marketing Producer at General Assembly, Caroline is responsible for managing classes, workshops, and events from conception to execution. Her goal is to enhance brand awareness by establishing partnerships, developing fully integrated marketing tactics, and expanding GA Chicago's community. Beyond that, she strives to break the stereotype that you must be an engineer or a developer to be in tech, particularly among women.

Caroline is a 200-hour certified yoga instructor. She loves teaching and practicing yoga and meditation when she's not busy working!
