Meditation and mindfulness were instilled in Caroline at a very young age. She listened to her mother's audio tapes of "The Law of Attraction" and "The Secret" on her way to school every day, and took several private meditation lessons as a teenager. When she took her first yoga class at 18 years old, she instantly knew she had found her passion. The beautiful blend of mindfulness, breath and movement reeled her in immediately. Yoga continued to serve as a physical and mental outlet for her over the next ten years.
In 2017, she completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training at Yoga Six in Chicago. She learned how to effectively integrate the meditative and healing aspect of yoga with the physical element. Today, Caroline is a registered yoga and meditation instructor living and teaching in Chicago. Her classes are artfully crafted in a way that is empowering and inspiring to students of all levels, with an emphasis on beginners looking to build a yoga or meditation practice. She strives to make yoga and meditation accessible to everyone, regardless of age, experience or skill level. In her spare time, Caroline enjoys teaching yoga and meditation to children through non-profit organizations.
