Caroline owns and runs Atlas Online Optimisation - a boutique consulting company that enables clients to make the most of their existing digital properties by utilising data.

Caroline is the Manager of Digital Operations at Jetstar, an airline that grossed over $2.6 billion via its digital channels during the 14/15 financial year. Her current portfolio includes analytics, optimisation, digital content, SEO, translations and regionalisation.

Prior to this, Caroline worked in a variety of digitally focused roles including analytics, product management, project management, consulting and customer retention.

Caroline holds undergraduate qualifications in marketing and international business as well as post-graduate qualifications in eCommerce.
