Carmen is a Consultant at Capco working as part of the Engineering team as a Front-End developer. She joined Capco in November 2016 after completing a Software Development course at General Assembly in London. Carmen has experience building applications in JavaScript, JQuery and frameworks such as Angular JS and more recently React, using Mongo DB and SQL databases. Her experience includes building a variety of web applications both from scratch and joining an existing development team. Most recently she took part of a proof of concept for a top tier bank using microservices architecture. Carmen developed the front-end app using React.
Prior to her career as a Developer, Carmen worked for a number of years as the in-house Copyright and Licensing manager at a Media Intelligence company. Carmen holds a Law Degree from the University of Granada and an LLM in Intellectual Property from the University of Westminster.
