Carling received her B.A. in English Literature from Boston College and her M.A. in British & American Literature from Boston University before enrolling in General Assembly’s UXDI Program. Currently, she manages the UX Design Team for W.B. Mason – the largest privately owned workplace products dealer in the United States. In this role, Carling oversees the digital experience for web, mobile site and internal application systems – through competitive analysis, contextual inquiries and customer usability testing.
