Cara Anderson is the Director of People & Culture at Convercent, one of Denver’s fastest growing tech startups. She brings a wealth of business experience to her company’s people ops team and, after working as a one-woman shop for the better part of the past 5 years, she has recently built a team capable of supporting Convercent’s significant, future growth. A music enthusiast, Cara attends as many concerts as she can. She is also a self-proclaimed science nerd, and on weekends enjoys visiting science exhibits with her two children.
