Cameron has worked in recruiting for close to 10 years. His experience ranges from recruiting for special events such as the Academy Awards and the Superbowl to more recently focusing in on a variety of tech talent.
In his 5 years at Facebook, Cameron has recruited all levels of engineers from new grads to Engineering Managers and Directors and has done so for their offices in London, England, Dublin, Ireland and across North America.
Beyond recruiting, Cameron also specializes in interview coaching and coaches a youth ice hockey team.
