I cut my teeth at Goldman Sachs but already had two startups under my belt. I was the 1st manager & playbook author for BoomStartup, which became the 12th most successful Technology Accelerator in America, per TechCrunch. I've been a co-founder, early-investor, co-sponsor, executive or even on a turnaround team of 14 different companies (including BoomStartup) across a range of industries, from CRE to a Technology Accelerator to Education Technology (EdTech). 10 have been acquired.
I've developed an early-stage investment thesis, focused on Accelerating Revenue, which produces Bigger, Faster & More Frequent Returns. Revenue is the key to almost any investment but in early-stage, it's everything. It dictates the valuation, lowers the cost of capital, extends the runway, reduces risk & so much more. As Eric Schmidt, ex-CEO of Google says: "Revenue solves all known risk."
