Caitlin is the talent manager at SpotHero, the leading parking reservation service in North America. Through her recruiting efforts, she has grown the SpotHero team from 20 to 200 people over the past three years. Caitlin enjoys developing new talent, building an inspiring culture, and of course, parking puns. Caitlin graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a degree in Anthropology. She is an active member of WashU's alumni network, both interviewing prospective students and recruiting fellow graduates.
