After having a "tree change" on an equestrian property in the Yarra Valley, Brooke tumbled off a horse and into IT Recruitment about 11 years ago and has been doing it ever since!

She's recruited across pretty much the whole technology spectrum, from ITIL helpdesk, network engineering and Cobol developers (really!) through to Data Centre, Security, Testing, UX, BA and PM roles as well as DevOps and of course Software Engineers with a specialisation in the Technology Consulting space.

Her passion is the 'matchmaking' side of recruitment, candidate advocacy and the thrill of helping people to find their dream role as well as innovation and the technical evolution of the recruitment process.
