Brittney Gale is currently a part of the North America Learning Team as a Learning and Development Specialist with Uber Technologies, Inc. During her time at Uber, she has facilitated New Hire and Upskilling trainings, while making enhancements to the structure of the current curriculum. With a passion for learning and an eye for creativity, Brittney implemented ways to improve the current training programs, which allowed adult learners to retain more information while enjoying their learning experience. In September, Brittney was tasked with building out a cross training that would support Uber's newest product: Uber Freight. The training consisted of on-boarding inbound agents who would support customers and carriers with any questions or concerns while using the Uber Freight app. The training program has been a success. It's allowed agents to feel confident in supporting customers who have ambiguous issues, meet the demands of a growing business while giving agents the steps they'll need to be successful in their next role. Brittney recently accepted a promotion within Uber Freight as a Training Specialist. She will continue to create, facilitate and foster learning programs that will support new customers to come.
