Brittany Jones brings more than a decade of hands-on technology experience to her role as Director of QA for Deutsch’s Los Angeles office. Under Brittany’s leadership, she has built QA departments from the ground up; getting the processes in place and creating innovative ways to streamline practices while keeping the highest-level of quality to satisfy business needs. Her portfolio of award-winning work includes projects for more than a dozen Fortune 500 companies such as Verizon, Cisco, Volkswagen, Target, Taco Bell and Caesars Entertainment, to name a few.
Brittany has been a trailblazer for quality assurance in the ad industry for the past few years. She has laid the groundwork for processes that have greatly improved how the advertising industry tests and assures digital experiences for their clients. In collaboration with all departments, Brittany is involved on projects from kick-off to final production.
In addition to managing client work, Brittany has been a driving force in solidifying the agency’s emphasis for quality at every stage of development. Her passion for technology, innovation and quality assurance can be seen through her self-led cross-department workshops, titled “QA & Rosé.”
Brittany is passionate about mentoring the next generation of talent. She is heavily involved in Deutsch’s mentorship program, Nourish, and also heads up the agency’s Lean-In Circles, an all- female mentoring circle hosted monthly.
Prior to Deutsch, Brittany was QA Manager at MRM//McCann in Salt Lake City and holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Utah.
