Britni is a Senior Product Manager at Vroom, a used car online marketplace, supporting customer communication. She found her love of product by way of the Travel and Hospitality industry; working on e-commerce and marketplace platforms for Travelzoo, Fareportal, Warby Parker and Resident.
Britni's passion is behind the scenes; building and perfecting the tools, systems, and interfaces used by internal teams. She completed General Assembly's Product Immersive Course and was also part of Melissa Perri's Product Institute's first cohort.
