Her expertise lives at the intersection of people and process — specializing in optimizing internal tools, streamlining operations, and championing the customer support experience from the inside out.
At her core, Britni is a customer advocate and operational visionary. Currently working in the travel space, she focuses on all things Customer Experience and Customer Support — with a special devotion to the people on the front lines: the agents. Making their workflows smoother, their processes more seamless, and their day-to-day more enjoyable isn't just her job — it's her passion. As AI continues to reshape the way teams work, Britni is intentional about integrating these tools thoughtfully — always keeping the human experience at the center and ensuring technology serves people, not the other way around.
Britni brings that same spirit of service into the classroom. A proud General Assembly alumna herself — having taken the Product Management course early in her career — teaching at GA feels less like work and more like coming home. Every course, every workshop, every interaction is a full-circle moment, and she carries that gratitude and warmth into each class experience.
And if there's one thing a great PM knows, it's how to launch something new. One of Britni's most exciting products to date? Her acting career — a passion project she's been building with the same creativity, empathy, and intentionality she strives to bring to everything she does.
