Hey there! I’m Bridgette. I’m a small town Alabama transplant living just outside of San Francisco. I worship my morning coffee, a good book and my German Shepherd Coop. I throw dance parties for me and my pup in my kitchen, and sing to my steering wheel like I’m on stage in Times Square. I am a proud & determined mental health advocate. Having gone through most of my twenties with debilitating anxiety and panic disorders, as well as clinical depression. I was unable to hold down a job, and wished for the end to come. I am such a believer that my dark days happened to me so I can help others get through theirs.I’m an entrepreneur, a writer, a philanthropist and an unwavering optimist with BIG dreams.
