Brianna Borin is the Vice President of Teaching, Leadership, and Coaching (A.K.A. Miss T.L.C.) for Snooze, Am Eatery in Denver. She began working with Snooze in 2008 as a student intern and has undertaken several different leadership positions within the company. Brianna is dedicated to teaching, mentoring and inspiring the people around her through team initiatives, creative training and management development, as well as setting standards for operational excellence. Hence, she has landed her dream job. Her passion for the restaurant business is undeniable and she believes that the hospitality industry is a key aspect of community development and thriving cities. Brianna graduated with a BSBA in Business and Hospitality Management from the University of Denver Daniel's College of Business in 2009 and has been in Denver for nearly 11 years. She maintains a strong focus on engaging those around her in the greater good and helping foster strong foundations for social, civic and professional leadership for her teams.
