Hong Kong

Brian Sze graduated with an International Relations major from George Washington University. After a one-year corporate stint at major accounting firm PwC in Hong Kong, he relocated to Shanghai and participated in two major commercial real estate consulting projects with Swire and Lujiazui Corporation. In Hong Kong, he co-founded The Workground, a co-working space with 2 locations that was acquired by Tuspark HK.

Currently, he heads up business development and sales for a property startup, Spacious. He helped to accelerate supply-side growth (residential property listings) to secure Series A (USD $3M) funding in June 2015, and is set to scale the business into mainland China, Taiwan and Singapore.
