Brendon is an Experience Designer, problem solver, and strategist.
Today he works at software company, Oracle where he helps customers with their business experience challenges such as employee experience, customer experience, marketing, service, as well as finance and procurement.
Brendon began his career building websites in the 1990s where he took a keen interest in creating a user friendly web at a time when the web was a difficult place to navigate. Taking that a step further, he specialised in UX and product development -- and later on in customer experience strategy at McCann Worldgroup where he worked for household brands across Asia-Pacific and globally for over 10 years. In that capacity he has won more than 100 awards for design, strategy, and marketing.
With a keen interest in not just creating ideas, but communicating them clearly, Brendon's focus and passion is about creating ideas which make a difference. Whether that is saving people time, saving money, or creating new opportunities - it's these projects which he is most proud.
Outside of work, Brendon mentors start-ups and works on projects to help charity organisations.
