    Brad works with students, parents, districts, and community-organizations. He joined Overgrad’s co-founders as the first employee, and worked to grow the company’s user base by 6 times in his first year. Since, Brad continues to focus on building relationships with users, supporting their implementation, optimizing their experience, and innovating new features to deepen Overgrad's impact. Prior to Overgrad, Brad served as grade-level chair for the 5th-grade team and taught Language Arts at STEM Preparatory Academy in Nashville, Tennessee. He was recognized as regional finalist for the national Sue Lehman Fellowship for Excellence in Teaching and Learning. He has also served as an advisor and classroom researcher for ed-tech ventures including WordsU. He is interested in how technology can enhance learning, improve workflow for educators, and expand access to opportunity for all students.
