    Bonnie Berrien Jarvie, VP of User Experience Research at The Wall Street Journal, has 20+ years’ experience creating innovative and aesthetically compelling online experiences. While dedicated to Dow Jones for most of her career she has served in various design roles as she has moved across the business from marketing to product and from institutional services to consumer products. Her disciplines have also shifted from visual design and front-end development to user research and experience strategy. Presently, Bonnie leads a team of UX Designers/Researchers and mentors junior team members across departments.

    Her current skill sets center around user research, information architecture, UI design and user testing. She considers herself a mixed-method user researcher while always experimenting with new ways to gather feedback and collaborate with team members. Her number one goal is to advocate for the WSJ members and make their needs the priority of every project, large or small.
