Born in the nation’s capital, Blair tapped into her natural propensity for service and to develop productive and meaningful relationships in guest services for ten Kimpton Hotels in Greater Washington D.C.,. She then moved upward to coordinate sales in that territory and work closely with national government and entertainment clients. Laddering successes and a broadening scope of expertise, Blair took her talents to BBDO Atlanta as part of the Account Management AT&T team, and then 24Seven, a boutique recruiting staffing firm. Before managing culture at Dagger; Blair managed day to day recruiting and assisted with diversity recruiting for the agency. A graduate of Howard University, Blair is dedicated to creating authentic relationships, curating culturally relevant initiatives and elevating her team and her community.
