Bill Goff is the director experience strategy and design at Mechanica, a branding agency that combines creative, engagement and experience strategy to build relevant and distinctive brands.
At Mechanica Bill takes a consumer-centric approach to building stand-alone experiences and as well as more holistic cross-touch-point experiences that map key personas across their journey and engagement with a brand. He believes that brand perception and authenticity correlate directly to all aspects of experience, not just the big idea, look, feel and tone. As director of experience strategy and design, he translates discovery-based insights, UX best practices and experience trends into executions that bring people and brands together whenever, wherever, and however they engage.
Bill’s career began at ModemMedia where he functioned as a digital producer and an Information Architect. He then honed his focus on user experience at Mullen and, prior to Mechanica, Bill functioned as the VP/Group director of Experience Strategy and design at Digitas.
