After migrating to Australia in 2009 and working for medium and large organisations, Bia completed a Master in Strategic Foresight by Swinburne University and certifications in health coaching, pilates and personal training. This led to her work in consulting and program delivery in organisations.
Currently working with The Agile Eleven as an Enterprise Agile Coach, Bia is passionate about how to uncover better ways of working for her clients, therefore improving employee engagement and wellbeing.
