Bharati has 14 years of experience across market research agencies, consultancy, and client-side roles. She is a certified Design Thinker from MIT Sloan University and is a passionate design thinker who believes in finding solutions and creating better future outcomes for people and organisations. She is data agnostic and has worked on qualitative, quantitative, analytics, digital and consultative projects across different markets globally. She has worked on commercial as well as public sector projects. In her current role, she is the Lead UX Designer for Guidance, Education and Voice team at HP.
She has presented her work at several conferences including ESOMAR, Merlien and MRSI across Europe, Middle East and India. She has been recognized for several of her projects including work on Sensorial Branding, Network Planning strategy, and policy design recommendations.
