Beth’s background is in digital marketing and communications, building and leading agency teams for a range of brands. She now co-runs a social impact consultancy working with brand, digital and design agencies and startups, alongside coaching students of GA's Flex immersive courses. Beth is passionate about coaching people to be their best selves, with a particular focus on elevating diverse tech talent by tailoring her approach to different thinking styles and perspectives through ICF accreditation as an ADHD Coach, alongside her expertise in career development coaching for the creative and tech industries.
