    Beth Adcock Shiroishi is Vice President of Global Corporate Social Responsibility Strategy and Insights for AT&T Services, Inc. In this role, Beth has accountability for the creation of the company’s corporate social responsibility strategy and analytics, campaign development, field activation and overall CSR communications. Beth was named to this position in November of 2015, after serving for two years as President of AT&T Georgia, where she was responsible for the company’s government relations, public policy and community relations initiatives across the state.

    A 17-year veteran with AT&T and its predecessor companies, Beth began her career in wholesale, and moved through positions of increasing responsibility on a state and regional level that include customer experience, public policy, pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and regulatory affairs. Beth was involved in the creation of the company’s corporate sustainability group which worked across the company on efforts such as the company’s $565 million investment to bring in electric vehicles and alternative fuel models and the company's signature charitable program, AT&T Aspire. Under

    AT&T Aspire, the company has committed to over $350 million towards programs that help underserved youth succeed in high school and go on to post-secondary education or meaningful employment. A native of Georgia, Beth attended Agnes Scott College and started her career as a high school teacher. She currently lives in Atlanta with her husband, Jason and their two daughters.
