Beth Santos is a dynamic leader and inspired entrepreneur with a passion for international development, multiculturalism and community building. She is the founder and CEO of Wanderful, a global sisterhood of travelers.

Beth created Wanderful while cruising her blue motorcycle through the streets of São Tomé and Príncipe, a small country in Africa’s Gulf of Guinea. In encouraging women to travel, to get involved in the world around them and to live globally, Beth has created an international community of over 40,000 empowered women who strive to conquer the world on foot, while supporting and learning from one another at the same time.

Beth is the creator of the Women in Travel Summit, the leading event for creative entrepreneurs, travel influencers, and industry members. In 2014, she was named one of the top 100 travel bloggers in the US and invited to the White House Travel Blogger Summit on Study Abroad and Global Citizenship. In 2015, Beth was named a Chicago Scholars 35 Under 35 Young Leader Making an Impact and a Zell Fellow, a prestigious fellowship for entrepreneurs pursuing their MBA.

Beth is the co-founder of #AtTheTable, an initiative focused on bringing together female founders from different industries to build community, strength and resources.

Beth has an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA from Wellesley College. She currently lives in Boston.
