Beth Heller

Founder & Health Coach, Balance By Beth

Boston

After years of Entertainment Marketing and PR, Beth knew she wanted to find a greater and more impactful purpose. She worked as a Matchmaker for a national firm and then at SoulCycle before finding the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Based in Boston, Beth is currently a Certified Holistic Health and Wellness Coach and Founder of Balance By Beth™. Ever since she was young, Beth has always been a social butterfly with a penchant for understanding people. Her natural ability to help friends, family, and colleagues develop sustainable habits to live healthier lifestyles while understanding what exactly they needed in terms of accountability, led her to explore the industry of Health and Wellness as a career rather than just a hobby. Beth has committed her life to empowering others to become the best version of themselves. She guides her clients to improve their health, achieve their goals, develop sustainable habits to live a balanced life, and ultimately find self-love. Beth values health, wellness, balance, and making time for self-care. In her free time, you can find her indoor cycling, boxing, cooking, at the beach, or planning her next international trip. Beth received a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and a minor in Education from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and is a Certified Health Coach through The Institute for Integrative Nutrition. You can find her on Instagram and Twitter @balancebybeth and on her Facebook Page Balance By Beth.
