Bernard is the Founder and Managing Director of Koi Creations. Previously he was Regional Director of Ad Network and Platform at Yahoo!, where he grew revenue to tens of millions USD in 9 Asian countries, supported by 200+ cross functional staff including sales, operations, and product development. He is also an mentor/adviser for TMI, a start-up incubator in China and Taiwan. After spending years in the digital media industry as a business leader, last year Bernard revisited his root as an engineer. He spent several months in Chicago learning web development, and now doing freelance projects as a hobby. Bernard holds an M.B.A. from MIT Sloan School of Management, plus a B.A.Sc. in Electrical Engineering as well as a B.A. in Economics from University of Waterloo.
