Benny Chan had 17 years of banking experience largely in the SME Banking space, with a wide range of roles ranging from finance and budgeting, to sales, sales leadership, sales management office, and heading up SME products and digital projects regionally.
He is currently the Head of Channels & Digitalisation for UOB Singapore. In his current role, Benny is responsible for UOB’s distribution network in Singapore including all UOB branches, Privilege Banking centres, Wealth Banking centres, self service machines and websites. He is also currently leading efforts to accelerate the digitalisation of the bank through the bank’s innovation lab Finlab, and works on collaborative partnerships with external Fintechs and digital eco-system partners.
