Ben has been running his own startups since 2002. From UX consulting to bespoke software development, Ben has worked with small customers all the way up to government, banks and insurance companies. This has allowed Ben to run projects as the agency and the client. His current startups involve online travel insurance and the surf travel industry. This has provided a chance to engage with data driven UX testing and decision making.
