    Quality Assurance Engineer, QA Wolf

    Sydney

Hey i’m Ben, I’m currently i’m working as a Quality Assurance Engineer for QA Wolf - a startup based in America which outsources QA, (so you don’t have to). I'm a huge foodie and am a sucker for icecream and donuts.

I graduated from General Assembly 2 years ago, completing their Software Engineering course. Prior to this, the majority of my professional career was running a family owned kids wholesale company where I also first got a taste of development when I built an ecommerce store using WordPress (Yeah WordPress, I know). After selling the company I finally decided to enter into the tech field. I used to hear people say don’t "You’ll hate what you like if it’s your job" which was my hesitancy in the first place. They’re wrong.

I love seeing technology evolve and am always looking out for things to tinker with to get a better understanding of how they work, not afraid to break apart something to build it back up and see how they can be improved, originally with computer hardware and now software.
