Ben is a UX Researcher & Writer at Fresh Consulting. He brings his passion for storytelling and writing to the UX field and has the job of his dreams: generating content 40+ hours per week. In the fall of 2015, Ben attended General Assembly’s UX Design Immersive and leveraged his writing background to land a job as a contract UX copywriter at Fresh. His responsibilities have evolved, and he now works as a key member of the thought leadership team, writing white papers, blogs, and acting in an editorial capacity for Fresh marketing content. In addition, he works on a variety of UX design projects, helping businesses tell compelling brand stories and create memorable customer experiences.
