After spending 12 years in leadership development and non-profit management roles (ranging from Higher Education to international development), Ben pivoted his career into Product Management. Ben and his family moved to Austin, Texas, in 2017 to complete the PM certification and decided to call Austin home while completing the course. Ben has held PM roles for a data deliverability company, a digital health tech startup, and now is currently directing the product team for an online marketplace at ConsumerAffairs. He thrives when using data-driven technology to solve customer problems & improve people’s lives at scale. Knowing how hard career pivots can be, Ben is excited to participate in this panel discussion.
