Becky has over 15 years of experience in product management, beginning in B2B service and enterprise software development at companies such as McAfee, before transitioning to ecommerce and her current digital product role at Capital One. She is part of the Design Thinking program at Capital One, including teaching the internal crash course, to bring human-factored design across all facets of user experience.
Becky is a member of Capital One's Women in Technology organization, and she is also on the board of the Chicago Product Management Association (ChiPMA) as the group's social media manager.
