Azadeh has been in the IT industry for over 20 years. She started her career as a software engineer and during her journey she learnt different skill sets and build up her experience. She studied IT management and after a few years moved towards people management role. Currently she is an engineering manager and chapter lead in WooliesX and responsible for the delivery of 3 teams as well as managing a few engineers. She enjoys the challenges and helping others and is always up for change. She appreciates a good work and encourages quality. She is a nature lover and has a great respect for mother earth.
