Ava Phisuthikul is a User Experience (UX) Researcher at User Research International, a Redmond-based consultancy whose clients include Microsoft, Amazon, and Expedia. As a UX Researcher, she conducts usability testing on various products and technologies and has worked extensively with the blind and low vision community. Ava received her Master of Public Health from University of Michigan where she enrolled in courses that explored the use of technology to improve health, which sparked her continually growing interest in UX research.
