She started with them over 3 years ago as the first Talent hire and has helped to build the Talent & HR function globally. Previous to that, she spent nearly 8 years with The Creative Group and Robert Half Technology, helping build and grow teams for numerous companies within the creative, tech and digital spaces. With a passion for technology and seeing the digital landscape change through the years, she has always had a great pulse on where the market is going. As a professed tech geek, she is always looking at ways to innovate using technology (and data) to enhance both the candidate and employee experience.
