Ashley Nowicki is Working Not Working’s global Director of Talent based in Los Angeles. She started her career managing digital at CP+B during which they won Agency of the Decade. From there, she moved on to Media Arts Lab, where she worked with a brilliant mentor to pull together creatives for all things Apple. Prior to joining Working Not Working, Ashley was handling HR and Recruiting for B-Reel.
