Ashlee is the Head of Operations, People & Culture at Fluid, a new Denver startup that is based on a community sharing app that allows neighbors to rent the things they don't use every day with each other.
Her heart is to create a workplace where people feel empowered, connected to a mission and where people know they are valued and are adding value.
She loves the Denver community and anything that emphasis' healthy work environments. She helps organize Culture Labx CO and hosts a Denver People Operations breakfast once a month.
Her favorite core principle at Fluid is forgiveness. "So many times unhealthy culture is created because people start to tally up their offenses instead of working things out with one another. This creates bitterness and seeps into all aspects of work and home life. We talk & implement forgiveness and moving forward at Fluid. It makes our team stronger, happier and more collaborative."
And Ashlee has no sense of smell.
