As a DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) Consultant, Podcaster, and Speaker, Aries Webb-Williams is the Founder and Principal DEI Consultant of The Service Boutique, LLC. She is known for curating transformative conversations, events, and programs designed to encourage collaboration among women and organizations for the advancement of DEI initiatives in corporate spaces.

Fueled by her own experiences of exclusion in the workplace, along with her deep desire to create a space where power is shared and every underrepresented voice is heard, Aries has planned, hosted, and moderated countless panels, workshops, and forums alongside other powerhouse women leaders in the DEI and technology space. The Service Boutique, LLC is now a sought-after platform and consulting firm offering DEI expertise, strategy, and resources aimed to close the inclusion gap both locally and nationally.

Aries is also the co-host of the BOLD Black Girls podcast, an engaging podcast dedicated to amplifying Black women’s voices, and empowering them to live a fulfilled life personally, professionally, and spiritually. Furthermore, Aries is the Board Vice President of the DFW Alliance of Technology and Women where she has spent several years executing inclusive programming and keynote speeches for top women leaders in technology.

In addition to her work in DEI consulting and speaking, Aries has over a decade of leadership experience in the tech industry where she honed her skills in aligning teams and resources around a common goal. In her current role as a Software Portfolio Advisor with SoftwareONE, Aries advises senior leaders on strategies to leverage cloud technology to solve critical business challenges. On the DEI front, Aries has pioneered SoftwareONE’s DEI efforts and helped launch their first official DEI board committee and employee resource group (ERG).

Aries holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, with a Business Administration minor from California State University, East Bay. She also earned an Executive MBA from the Jindal School of Business, at the University of Texas, Dallas. The role that she is most proud of, is being a mom to two amazing sons, LJ and Marvin.
