Aparna is working as a data scientist at ZF Group, a German automotive company. As part of the digital solutions R&D and supply chain teams, she advises on the strategy and implementation of various data initiatives of engineering divisions, for vehicle development.
Previously she worked as a software developer at Wells Fargo. Aparna holds a Master of Science in Engineering from Purdue University. She is passionate about solving problems that would help human life, using AI.
She also leads the Metro Detroit Chapter meetup of Women in Machine Learning and Data Science org. (WiMLDS) to support building communities for women.
Outside of work, Aparna practices and performs a classical musical instrument, the 'Veena', enjoys doing Yoga and playing tennis.
