Internationally experienced HR leader with a diverse experience of working in industries like consumer goods, construction, health care and technology. In a career spanning 15 years, she has been in several high-impact leadership roles including Business Partnership, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Change Management and Executive Coaching.
At present, she is the lead HR Business Partner for Google’s Cloud businesses, across Asia, managing 5000+ employees in the Region. Prior to joining Google, she was talent acquisition head for South East Asia at Reckitt Benckiser and did several assignments in ITC, where she started her career as a Management Trainee. She was awarded an Emerging Young HR Leader Award by People Matter and DDI in 2013. She is a certified Coach and an MBTI Practitioner.
She is a fitness enthusiast and dabbles between cooking and painting for creative expressions. She is a shoe connoisseur and always maintains 100+ pairs of shoes!
She is a graduate in Chemistry and completed her MBA in HR, from Symbiosis International University, India.
