Antonio is the Founder and the Director of Humana’s Digital Experience Center (DEC). The DEC houses numerous interdisciplinary (product management, design, software engineering and data science) human-centered digital product development teams who invoke Lean + Agile XP methods to rapidly and iteratively deliver innovative products with user's feedback as its core. The DEC is a tech accelerator and incubator for Humana identifying, validating and adopting new technologies, tools and practices.
While his professional experience prior to joining Humana in 2007 varied (bands, non-profits, record industry, healthcare, consulting & tech start ups), creativity and problem solving remain the common threads throughout his career.
Within Humana, he has held numerous tech positions focusing on innovation, culture change, mobile & web, learning, teaching and lean + agile product development. He is among the core leaders who first introduced Agile to Humana nine years ago. Since then, he has continued to lead Humana's journey towards experience design-driven experimentation, human-centricity and lean agility.
