His background stems from Electrical Engineering and has moved through to sales, product marketing, social media, coaching and training and now as Global Community Manager at Nova.
On the side he began his facilitation and moderation while at university while working with a youth organisation, AIESEC and has travelled the world, coaching, training and delivering talks on creativity, leadership, engagement and teamwork. His belief is that the world needs more authentic and humanistic leaders to drive us to a sustainable future.
