Angelia is a passionate, user-focused UX/UI Design Professional with 20 years experience translating complex business requirements into simplified, usable and aesthetically pleasing solutions. She has managed multi-site design and architect teams, mentored numerous designers, led design partnership efforts, spearheaded many standardization projects, created guidelines and templates for various software offerings, and traveled internationally to support design efforts and partnerships. She is a creative problem solver with one of her most notable strengths being her ability to act as the user champion while effectively considering multiple inputs and constraints to create well balanced results. She is currently Principal Designer at The Kreativ Studio, her consultancy firm that provides remote and in-house support to various enterprise and small business clients.
