I currently work as a Senior Data Analyst at KPMG Australia, where I specialize in workforce metrics, people surveys, and diversity and inclusion reporting within the HR domain.

My responsibility lies in using data-driven insights to optimise Human Resources strategies and enhance the overall employee experience. With a focus on workforce metrics, I analyse key performance indicators, such as employee turnover, productivity, and engagement, to provide valuable recommendations for talent management and organizational improvement.
