Angela Becroft is the Co-Founder and Joint Managing Director of The People Department, a boutique Human Resources consultancy. Angela is a management professional with a specialty and strong interest in Human Resources and team development built over 20 years working with businesses on both sides of the Tasman to deliver impressive improvements in sales and employee engagement. Her senior HR roles have included Retail State Manager for 90 stores with Vodafone Hutchison Australia and Head of HR, Training and State Operations for Digicall Australia (a Vodafone licensee), Red Mercury and Allans Music with The Brackenbury Group. Angela was the CEO of Squash NZ and was Head of HR for Challenge Petroleum.
